* Beloved Disciple is a sacramental church in the catholic tradition, providing worship opportunities, spiritual direction and pastoral care.
* Beloved Disciple believes that all people are called by God to abundant living through spiritual growth. We encourage each person on their unique spiritual journey.
* Beloved Disciple welcomes those who question. While we have a great reverence for traditional scripture, we are not afraid to question its meaning or seek wisdom in other Christian texts. We welcome the wisdom of mystics and prophets of many traditions. All are encouraged to seek wisdom where it may be found
* Beloved Disciple reverences the beauty and spiritual power of traditional sacramental worship. We honor the seven sacraments and apostolic succession. We use a liturgical service that is familiar yet thoughtfully revised to emphasize inclusivity and a holistic, affirming spirituality.
* Beloved Disciple believes that all are made in the image of God. We welcome all people regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation or marital status. Clergy can marry and women are more than welcome to seek holy orders.
